Coordinator - Ticket Operations Murfreesboro, Tennessee
Provide assistance to the Director of Ticket Operations by developing ticketing campaigns within the Ticketmaster Archtics or Host ticketing system. Provide assistance with special event ticketing for on and off campus events and groups. International Specialist Murfreesboro, Tennessee
The International Specialist will serve as a member of the International Affairs (IA) team and aid with immigration services and advising for international undergraduate and graduate students. The IAIS will provide guidance regarding admissions and immigration issues for prospective and current undergraduate and graduate international students. The Specialist will plan, coordinate, and implement orientation in conjunction with other International Affairs staff; serve as Designated School Official (DSO) for undergraduate and graduate students; conduct IA programming events (e.g., immigration related seminars, recruiting events, etc.) and help to maintain the technology needed to support the operations of IA (e.g., SEVIS reporting, ISSM reporting, database lead generation, BANNER record maintenance, etc.) for approximately 500 enrolled international students with current annual applications exceeding 900. The IAIS will serve as liaison for undergraduate and graduate international students at MTSU by providing immigration and personal counseling, and issue required immigration documents for incoming and continuing students. Guidance and counsel may include: immigration (i.e., maintaining status, updating status, reporting obligations); employment (e.g., on campus vs. off campus), tax obligations (i.e., the implications for working and paying taxes in the US), federal and state government regulations (e.g. travel, visa issuance, DMV, SSA), personal (i.e., live and study in the US), and financial (e.g., find a bank and open an account). The Specialist will serve as the primary processor of Curricular Practical Training (CPT) and Optional Practical Training (OPT) documents. They will also perform other related duties or special projects as assigned.

The Domestic Violence/Sexual Assault Detective is responsible for investigating incidents of sexual assault, domestic violence, stalking and other sex related crimes occurring on the campus of MTSU. This position will conduct thorough and complete investigations utilizing investigative techniques guided by best practices in order to resolve criminal cases while preserving the rights of both the victim and the accused. This position will collaborate with the Rutherford County Sexual Assault Response Team, victim advocates, and other domestic violence and sexual assault resources to provide assistance to victims in a compassionate and empathetic manner. As a university police officer this position will fairly enforce all university policies, state, local and federal laws; and respond to emergency situations. This position is contingent on continual funding.
