| The EC I position is designed as the entry level position for the MT One Stop and is phase 1 of a 3-tier progression plan. The EC I is assigned to the front desk of the MT One Stop to serve as the primary point of contact for students seeking assistance in initial enrollment, ongoing retention and provide general assistance with transactions related to any of the enrollment services areas. Essential tasks include: answer general questions and problem solve across all enrollment management areas that include: bursar, financial aid, academic processes & residency, scheduling, and records. The EC I must understand the interrelationships among these areas; be able to assess the student's initial inquiry; discern co-related issues and resolve; or seek the advice/transfer the student to an Enrollment Coordinator II for assistance and resolution. The incumbent will learn and maintain a general understanding of MTSU, Board of Trustees, Federal guidelines, academic policies and procedures, financial aid processing, and scheduling and is expected to perform other related tasks or special projects as assigned. |

Reconcile monthly billing for Flexible Benefits invoice payment. Process the monthly 401(k), 457 and loan data files for payroll load. Provide assistance for payroll processing of all regular employees. Provide back-up support for Senior Benefits Specialist for Family Medical Leave, Workers Compensation and Long Term Disability. |

Senior Network Engineer

| The Senior Network Engineer reports to the Director of Network Services and will manage projects, including time, resources, and labor across different departments, for the design, administration, and management of all wired and wireless networks across the Middle Tennessee State University campus. Design, install, maintain, troubleshoot, and document network infrastructure. Maximize network performance by monitoring performance, troubleshooting network problems and outages, scheduling upgrades, and collaborating various team members on network optimization. Enhance job knowledge through participation in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, and participating in professional organizations. Research and implement approved new technologies to increase network performance, reliability, and functionality. Develop technology roadmaps by testing new and modified network configurations and new/upgraded hardware and software. | The Assistant Athletic Trainer has primary responsibility to assist with the overall medical and health related care of student athletes participating in NCAA Division I intercollegiate athletic teams within the University. Essential duties include but are not be limited to: assist in prevention, treatment, rehabilitation, physician referral, and medical documentation of all injuries associated with assigned student athletes; communication with coaches, student athletes, parents, staff and physicians within NATA and HIPAA guidelines; maintain and observe all athletic policy and procedures in accordance with NATA regulations and remain certified to perform these duties on a daily basis. Provide supervision of daily practice and game coverage, in season travel, and summer sports workout coverage for assigned sports as permitted by NCAA legislation and required to be flexible and adapt to schedule changes. Required to adhere to all policies, procedures, and regulations of the NATA, NCAA, Conference USA, and MTSU Athletic Department. Serve as an approved clinical instructor (ACI) within the CAATE accredited graduate athletic training curriculum program; and assist Associate Trainers in the supervision of certified graduate assistant athletic trainers, interns and our sports medicine athletic training students in the Sports Medicine educational program;instruct these students in professional prevention, care and rehabilitation of assigned athletes. Expected to attend national NATA and Conference USA meetings and/or conventions to remain current of their field for changes that occur. Required to comply with NCAA legislation and immediately report any known violations of NCAA rules to the Compliance Office and submit all required documentation to the Compliance office in a timely fashion; and perform other related tasks or projects as assigned. |
