Job Summary/Basic Function
The Jennings A. Jones College of Business, Department of Information Systems and Analytics at Middle Tennessee State University invites applicants for a full-time, tenure-track faculty position (#114106) at the rank of assistant professor. The start date for the position is August 1, 2023. The position is contingent upon funding.
The successful candidate will be expected to teach within the areas of information/cyber security and networking at the undergraduate and graduate levels. Teaching in other areas, such as telecommunications, cloud computing, information systems, and related courses, may be required.
Required Education
A terminal degree in Information Systems or a closely related field from an AACSB accredited school is required. ABD will be considered if close to completion. For contract renewal, a doctoral degree must be earned no later than August 1, 2024.
