Job Summary/Basic Function
The Coordinator-Catalog and Curriculum Management will report to the Curriculum Specialist and will assist with the editing, maintenance, preparation, and production of the university undergraduate and graduate catalogs. In addition, the Coordinator-Catalog and Curriculum Management will serve as the initial help desk support for faculty and staff related to curriculum management software which will include training new users and answering general questions about the system and processes. The coordinator will learn and maintain a general understanding of MTSU, Board of Trustees, THEC, financial aid guidelines, academic policies and procedures, and accrediting agencies and is expected to perform other related tasks or special projects as assigned.
Required Education
Bachelor's degree required.
Required Related Experience
Two years of related work experience required.
Desirable Related Experience
Higher Education experience; experience with Modern Campus products--Omni CMS, Acalog, Curriculog; experience working with student records management, course catalog management systems, curriculum management systems, and Web content management systems.
Desirable License/Registration/Certification
PMI certification/Acalog certification/Curriculog certification.
