$21,960 - $26,791; commensurate with experience (80% position)

Job Summary/Basic Function

Serve as a direct report to the Disability & Access Center (DAC) Director. Manage walk-in traffic, assist with phone calls, schedule appointments for DAC staff, and manage general email inbox. Reconcile budgets, prepare departmental paperwork, and perform other related duties as assigned. This is an 80% time position, working 30 hours per week.

Required Education

High School diploma or High School Equivalency (HSE) required.

Required Related Experience

Two years progressively responsible secretarial/clerical experience required.

Desirable Related Experience

Previous experience in a college setting preferred.
