Provide updates to Director on progress of each proposal and request information needed to complete all proposal components including the budget and all required supplemental materials. Responsible for maintaining and processing student discounts, waivers, graduate assistantships, grants, corporate partner discounts and departmental scholarships. This includes verifying eligibility, reconciling accounts, applying transactions, scanning documents for audit support, and managing the Finance Upload (FUPLOAD) process in Banner. Duties also involve monthly, semester, and yearly reporting, calculating proration of graduate assistantships, running and reconciling ARGOS reports, verifying registration, and preparing FUPLOAD spreadsheets.
Provide daily customer service to students, staff, and faculty regarding student accounts. This includes analyzing student accounts for activity and accuracy, assisting students with information about payments, refunds, 1098-T tax forms, third-party payments, and understanding and conveying a wide range of MTSU policies. The Head Coach Women's Volleyball will direct, organize, administer, and manage all aspects of the University's Division I Women's Volleyball program.
