Job Summary/Basic Function

Provide secretarial and clerical support for the Jones College Advising Center. Essential tasks include: answer incoming telephone calls and serve as receptionist for the Advising Center, provide information or route as necessary; prepare correspondence, mass mailings and schedule appointments. Perform other related secretarial and special projects as assigned. Occasional work outside normal business hours may be required.

Required Education

High School diploma or High School Equivalency (HSE) required.

Required Related Experience

One year of progressively responsible clerical, secretarial office experience required.

Desirable License/Registration/Certification

CAP/CPS preferred.
