Reporting to the Director of Undergraduate Recruitment, assist in the maintenance and operation of the Customer Relationship Management (Slate), ensuring it aligns with the communication plans for undergraduate admissions and other enrollment management departments. Provide training and technical support to the admissions staff in accessing and using the CRM (Slate) tool for various recruitment activities, promoting efficient and effective use. Assist with writing queries and programs to generate reports and analyze data for the Assistant Director. This includes importing and exporting data files between Banner and Slate, and other related data management tasks. Coordinator-Annual Giving Murfreesboro, Tennessee
The Coordinator of Annual Giving for Athletics will be responsible for soliciting and stewarding annual gifts for MTSU, with a focus on outright gifts to the Athletics program in support of all Blue Raider student-athletes. In collaboration with the Blue Raider Athletic Association (BRAA) staff, BRAA Board of Directors, and the MTSU Foundation, the Coordinator will oversee and execute the annual giving program for athletics. The position reports to the Associate Athletics Director for Development/Chief Development Officer. The Coordinator of Annual Giving for Athletics will assist the Deputy Athletic Director and Associate Athletic Directors in all aspects of the Athletic Fund Raising program for the University's 17 NCAA Division I sports. The Coordinator of Annual Giving for Athletics will be responsible for soliciting annual gifts for Middle Tennessee State University, with a focus on outright gifts to the Athletics program in support of all Blue Raider student-athletes. In collaboration with the Associate Athletics Director for Development, the Blue Raider Athletic Association (BRAA) the MTSU Foundation, the Coordinator will assist in oversight and execution of the annual giving program for athletics. This position will be the primary contact for all annual giving efforts and develop and initiate strategies for new member acquisitions and annual renewals. Additionally, the position will assist in the organization and implementation of the comprehensive annual giving strategy and membership campaign as approved by the Athletic Director, Deputy AD and Associate AD. Assist the Associate Athletic Director Athletic Communications with all forms of athletic communications for the Athletic department to include but not be limited to: all printed publications, NCAA official game statistics, web site coverage for assigned sports, video and audio streaming, game credentials and set up for television and radio communications. Responsible for all written and electronic communications for their assigned sports to include three major sports: men's basketball, men's and women's golf. Additionally, the position will work Football Gameday operations for the Associate Athletic Director. Duties include: production of media notes, pre and post season guides for media at assigned events, game day programs, posters, schedule cards, team magnets including layouts, photos and player biographies; production and distribution of game notes and oversee statistical information for national, regional and conference awards; and oversee media pass distribution for assigned sports. Assist to review all content for the athletic web site in assigned sports to include: actual game footage, video clips, pop up athletic announcements and interactive marketing activities, oversee all statistical data for all athletic events, archived information, and other events sponsored by the Athletic Department i.e., weekly news conferences, men's basketball press luncheons, men's basketball radio and television coaches shows, material for sports video boards, and Conference instant replay systems used by the game officials on game day for official review of questionable plays in Men's Basketball. Asst Flight Training Manager Murfreesboro, Tennessee
Serve as Assistant Flight Training Manager for all MTSU flight courses. Assist the Flight Training Manager in the effective conduct of all University flight lab courses and Assist in the supervision of line flight instructors in the deliverance of these courses. Track progress of students through all University flight lab courses. Perform stage check, end of course checks, flight instructor upgrade and ground training for those flights. Director-Child Development Ctr Murfreesboro, Tennessee
The Director of the MTSU Child Development Center (CDC) is responsible for oversight and daily operations of the classrooms, staff and students connected to the Center. The Center serves children 12 months to age 5 and is used for placement of practicum students, interns, observations, and occasional research during the fall and spring semesters of each academic year. The Center is NAEYC accredited and monitored by the Department of Human Services to meet child care rules and regulations.
