Library Assistant 3 - Reference, Instruction, and Liaison Services Murfreesboro, Tennessee
Provide administrative support for the Walker Library User Services Department, with an emphasis on scheduling library instruction classes and liaison support. Executive Secretary - Campus Planning Murfreesboro, Tennessee
The Executive Secretary position serves the MTSU Campus Planning Department. The primary responsibilities of the Campus Planning Department are to manage capital design and construction projects at MTSU, real property acquisitions and disposals, and inventory space usage and existing physical facility information. Primary responsibilities of the Executive Secretary position include serving as secretary for the Assistant Vice President and providing administrative support to the Campus Planning staff. Assistant Equipment Manager/Football Operations Murfreesboro, Tennessee
Work directly with the Associate Athletic Director for Facilities Game Operations and Equipment Management and assist the Head Football Coach and the head coaches of the 16 other NCAA Division I sports sponsored by the University to manage all aspects of the Athletic Equipment Room for the University's NCAA Division I Football program and its 16 additional athletic programs within NCAA guidelines. Incumbent will assist the Associate AD all aspects of the University's apparel contract negotiating, ordering, distributing and placing into inventory all appropriate and necessary equipment for each of the University's 17 NCAA Division I athletic teams. Incumbent will assist the Associate AD to ensure athletic equipment meets all safety standards and requirements. Essential tasks will include but not be limited to: Assisting the Associate AD as the account manager for all athletic apparel contracts; attend national meetings or conventions to obtain CEU's for AEMA certifications and remain current on safety of equipment issues and changes. Assist the Associate AD monitor budget assigned athletic equipment funds; distribute all football and athletic equipment and provide overall maintenance of equipment. Assist with assignments of daily distribution of football equipment; assist the Associate AD to maintain accurate football and athletic equipment inventory; coordinate football equipment transportation on all road trips; oversee daily laundry services and training all student managers for the equipment room to perform these task. This position will be reporting to the Deputy Associate Athletic Director for Development. Essential tasks include but are not limited to: assist with the day to day oversight of the BRAA office to include responding to questions from BRAA staff, student workers and oversight of volunteers; develop, organize and implement the comprehensive annual signing day strategy and membership campaign as approved by the Athletic Director, Deputy AD, and Associate Athletic Director; assist in yearly recruitment of new donors and campaign volunteers; retaining current members, assist in developing renewal letters, invoice, donor/prospect visits, fulfillment of donor benefits, and all written correspondence. The Coordinator will be directly responsible for the priority benefit programs, priority seating for football and basketball; donor travel and arrangements to all Football, Basketball, Bowl and NCAA Championship events for identified VIP donors, and other related events. Associate Athletic Director - Development Murfreesboro, Tennessee
The Associate Athletic Director for Development will work directly with the Deputy Athletic Director in all aspects of the Athletic Fund Raising program for the University's 17 NCAA Division I sports.
