Coordinator - Library Administration Murfreesboro, Tennessee
Reporting to the Administrative Services Supervisor, manage the day-to-day operations of the Library Administration Office. Supervise the Executive Aide. Serve as the library’s student employee coordinator including oversight of student employee hiring, training, scheduling, and payroll. Hire, train, schedule and supervise 10+ student workers. Process timesheets for all classified staff and approximately 150+ student workers across the library, ensuring proper adherence to all time and leave reporting policies. Make purchases, process invoices, and track supply inventory. Process and accurately manage large amounts of data related to library student employees, timesheet processing, and purchasing activities. Perform other related tasks and special projects as assigned.
Assistant Director - Financial Aid Murfreesboro, Tennessee
Under the supervision of the Associate Director of Financial Aid (Operations), this position is responsible for: 1) Recalculating federal / state aid resulting from non-attendance and performing Federal Return to Title IV Funds calculations for students who have officially / unofficially withdrawn to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations. 2) Managing the Federal TEACH Grant Program, inclusive of identifying eligible students, awarding of aid, ensuring students have completed initial / subsequent counseling and an Agreement to Serve, monitoring continuing eligibility, reconciliation of funds, and exit counseling. 3) Monitoring overaward reports for designated students to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, inclusive of adjusting components of the cost of attendance through use of professional judgment, adjusting the student’s federal / state / institutional aid as necessary, and notifying students of the outcome. 4) Supervising a Financial Aid Coordinator regarding the administration of federal / state / institutional aid for students enrolled at other institutions through Consortium Agreements and Study Abroad. 5) Supervising a Financial Aid Coordinator who evaluates requests regarding loss of income due to special circumstances and dependency status overrides through use of professional judgment.
