Job Summary/Basic Function
Process the multiple types of undergraduate admissions applications by following detailed procedures including use of scanned and indexed documents housed in our scanning system (BDMS) to make a knowledgeable decision in determining the eligibility based on established criteria. The application processing includes maintaining electronic student files, monitoring of students admission status, making acceptance decisions, and communicating to students. Act as the liaison between the student and University by providing various types of information to assist the student. Assist students, campus personnel and general public with questions related to admissions. Perform other related duties as assigned.
High School diploma or High School Equivalency (HSE) required.
Required Related Experience
Two (2) years progressively responsible secretarial/clerical/office experience required.
Desirable Related Experience
Bachelors degree preferred.
