$36,443 - $44,886; commensurate with experience

Job Summary/Basic Function

Manage conference and guest housing operations serving about 2500 participants and generating over $300,000 in revenue for the Residence Life system; perform all duties required for implementation of the above, including scheduling, coordination of maintenance and housekeeping, hiring, training, and supervision of staff. Direct the recruiting, selection and all hiring processes for graduate/undergraduate student staff and assist in the recruitment and hiring process for all classified and administrative department staff. Process monthly WTE for students and non-exempt employees.

Required Education

Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred. Also preferred is degree specialization in business, management, human science or related field.

Required Related Experience

Three (3) years full time experience in housing and residential life required.

Desirable Related Experience

Experience in management of summer conference and in staff recruitment.
