$44,492 - $55,392; commensurate with experience

Job Summary/Basic Function

Responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair and troubleshooting of the faculty, staff, classroom and laboratory computer systems in the College of Basic & Applied Sciences. Install, repair, troubleshoot hardware, software and network problems in computer systems and related technologies across the college. Provide consultation services for faculty and staff computing needs in the college. Develop and promote the information technology resources to support academic and research objectives of students, faculty and staff. Coordinate the acquisition. development and use of multiple technology resources used to support and enhance student's educational experience. Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Required Education

Bachelors degree in computer science or a directly related field

High school diploma plus seven (7) years directly related, progressively reponsible computer maintenance experience may be considered in lieu of the bachelors degree.

Required Related Experience

Three (3) years progressively responsible experience with computer maintenance and repair, technical support and/or end user support required.
