The Director of the MTSU Child Development Center (CDC) is responsible for oversight and daily operations of the classrooms, staff and students connected to the Center. The Center serves children 12 months to age 5 and is used for placement of practicum students, interns, observations, and occasional research during the fall and spring semesters of each academic year. The Center is NAEYC accredited and monitored by the Department of Human Services to meet child care rules and regulations. Masters or more advanced degree required along with a minimum of 3 years experience working with children and families birth through 3rd grade.
Mgr–Aerospace Comm/Outreach Murfreesboro, Tennessee
Manager – Aerospace Communications and Outreach reports to the Chair for the Department of Aerospace. Responsibilities include all aspects of outreach services supporting the department's strategic plan and mission. The Academic Course Scheduler is responsible for working with academic departments to schedule their courses and course related events. This position works in the Registrar's Office and communicates with departments to help assign space, fix schedule errors, and follow university policies for scheduling. The Academic Course Scheduler uses a variety of technology in this position, including Banner, 25Live, SQL, Excel, and Word. Attention to detail and organizational skills are important in scheduling. This position works closely in a team to produce the university's schedule of courses each semester and is an important part of the overall registration process for students.

Reporting to the Assistant Vice President for Academic and Instructional Technologies, the Instructional Design Specialist will: serve as a consultant to assist faculty in creating high-quality learning opportunities; provide guidance for developing face-to-face, hybrid, and online courses; assist faculty and academic divisions with revisions and updates to existing courses, adapting courses from one delivery method to another and developing new courses.
